Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with TRIPTOTE SDN. BHD. We are committed to delivering your travel essentials promptly and safely. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle orders, shipping rates, and delivery timelines.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if significant delays occur.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • East Malaysia: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. For special international requests, please contact us at triptote.sb@outlook.com.

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to external factors such as courier backlogs, weather conditions, or public holidays.


3. Shipping Providers

We partner with reputable courier services to ensure your products arrive safely and on time. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order is shipped.


4. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout to avoid delays or delivery failures. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at triptote.sb@outlook.com. We will do our best to update your address if the order has not yet been shipped.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your order’s status and estimated delivery date through the courier’s tracking portal.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will review the claim and arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.

TRIPTOTE SDN. BHD. is not liable for lost packages due to courier issues, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier service to resolve the issue promptly.
