1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Items that are not eligible for return:

  • Used, washed, or damaged items not caused by transit.
  • Items purchased on clearance or during final sale promotions (unless defective).
  • Gift cards.

2. Return Process

2. Approval & Instructions:
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.

3. Shipping Your Return:
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Rejected Refunds: If the item does not meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to you.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at triptote.sb@outlook.com with supporting photos.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review and arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
